Race 4 Ronald’s House (May)

This is a super event at a super place. As a novice racer, I really enjoyed this experience, had a blast and helped support a really great cause. Hats off to Maple Grove and to County Corvette!! Hope to see you all this coming May!!

On many occassions Denny Parisan had mentioned that I should come out for the “Race 4 Ronald’s House” at Maple Grove Raceway to either race my 2011 5.0 Mustang or just to enjoy watching the races. I chose the later and have to admit it was a fun filled day watching some great cars, great races, conversations, meeting new people and just plain relaxing from a normally busy schedule. My suggestion to anyone thinking about coming out for this event, just do it, you’ll enjoy it and it’s all for a great cause. See you there!

This is not only for beginners but also for people who want to see how their car is running afte doing their mods. I’ve been to every one and have to say it’s a great, fun experience for novice or occassional racer. I’ve established a bunch of new friendships, we all help each other out on raceday, share our successes and “what was I thinking moments”, and most importantly, raise money for a great cause. It’a a day with a lot of laughs and Denny, the Maple Grove staff and County Corvette make it a great experience. I’ll be back for both in 2013. And 2014, 2015….
