Family of charities
Remembering all the good work they have done over the years, Maple Grove Raceway will bring all the charitable organizations with which it has worked under one umbrella.
To distribute funding to these organizations equally, the Maple Grove Raceway Family of Charities was created. During the racing season, each of the charities will participate during different events at Maple Grove to raise funds. Donors will have the opportunity to put their names on bricks in PPC Lubricants Victory Lane.
The Family includes:
- The American Red Cross
- The Greater Berks Food Bank
- The Darrell Gwynn Foundation
- Drag Racing Association of Women
- Alex’s Lemonade Stand
Over the years, people have asked how they could get their names inscribed on the bricks in Victory Lane. With that in mind, Maple Grove will allow fans to buy a brick for $200 that will be inscribed with his or her name, or it can be dedicated to someone, such as a friend or family member.
Every year on Sept. 1, a new group of bricks will be added to Victory Lane.
For information on how to make a donation, contact MGR vice president/general manager Lex Dudas at (610) 856-9200 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
