Over three decades the Super Chevy Show presented by Chevy Performance at Maple Grove Raceway has grown into the largest event on the tour, drawing hundreds of racers and car show participants to the legendary facility.

A major change for 2014 is Super Chevy will be held been held earlier in July, on the weekend of July 11-13.

The event kicks off on Friday, July 11 with rounds of time trials for the racers. Racing will then continue through the weekend. The car show portion will be held Saturday and Sunday only with awards on each day.

Joining the fun this time will be the Northeast Outlaw Pro Mod Association, which will be making the first of two appearances this summer. Racing the full quartermile, these Pro Mods have been re-writing the Maple Grove record book the past two seasons and promise to deliver yet another great show.

Also on hand will be four jet dragsters that will heat up the summer days. Jill Canuso and the “Queen of Diamonds” along with the popular “Jersey Thunder” will be making their return to Maple Grove. Joining the fun from out West will be the MavTV “Missle” and the Lucas Oil “Terminal Velocity.”

Entering its 52nd season, Maple Grove will have a full schedule of events from April to October, including the NHRA Nationals that will once again be part of the NHRA Mello Yello Series Countdown to the Championship, on Oct. 2-5.
