2016 Import & Domestic Nationals

Gates & Racing Times: 

Friday, September 9th- Gates open at noon, racing starts at 2PM

Saturday, September 10th- Gates open at 8AM, racing starts at 10AM

Sunday, September 11th- Gates open at 8AM, racing starts at 9AM


Spectator Admission Fees:

Friday- $20

Saturday- $25

Sunday- $30

3-Day Weekend- $65

*Adult prices listed above (valid for ages 13 and older)

Children 12 years and younger are free


Camping & Parking Fees:
  • The cost to just camp with a camper is $150 plus a weekend pass of $65 per person.
  • If you wish to park in the pits, you must purchase a Pit Parking Pass of $45 in addition to purchasing a spectator ticket.

Tech Car Prices & Class Breakdown:

9.50 Index:
  • The cost to enter this class is $100
  • The 9.50 index is open to all imports and domestic vehicles.
  • This is a 1/4 Mile Class run on a .500 Pro Tree.
  • A lower engine containment device (diaper) is mandatory on import vehicles.
10.50 Index:
  • The cost to enter this class is $100
  • The 10.50 index class is open to all import and domestic vehicles.
  • This is a 1/4 Mile Class run on a .500 Pro Tree
  • A lower engine containment device (diaper) is mandatory on import vehicles.
11.50 Index:
  • The cost to enter this class is $100
  • The 11.50 index class is open to all import and domestic vehicles.
  • This is a 1/4 Mile Class run on a .500 Pro Tree
  • A lower engine containment device (diaper) is mandatory on import vehicles.
ATV Shootout:
  • The cost to enter this class is $150
  • The ATV Shootout is open to four track ATV’s. The class is run in an ET Bracket Racing format.
  • This is a 1/8th Mile E.T. Bracket Class run on a .500 Full Tree. A 7 second auto start will be in effect.
E.T. Bracket:
  • The cost to enter this class is $100
  • The E.T. Bracket is open to import and domestic vehicles.
  • Door cars only!
  • This is a 1/4 Mile E.T. Bracket Class run on a .500 Full Tree.
  • A lower engine containment device (diaper) is mandatory on import vehicles.
Fun Runs:
  • The cost to participate in Fun Runs is $45
  • Fun Runs are open to all import and domestic vehicles.
  • This is a 1/4 Mile Class run on a .500 Full Tree
Quick 8:
  • The cost to enter the Quick 8 is $150
  • The Quick 8 is open to import vehicles only! This class is set to run on a Heads Up Format.
  • This is a 1/4 Mile Heads Up Class run on a .400 Pro Tree. A 7 second auto start will be in effect.
  • A lower engine containment device (diaper) is mandatory on vehicles.
Quick 32:
  • The cost to enter the Quick 32 is $150
  • The Quick 32 is open to import vehicles only! This class is run in an ET Bracket Racing Format.
  • This is a 1/4 Mile E.T. Bracket Class run on a .500 Full Tree. A 7 second auto start will be in effect.
  • A lower engine containment device (diaper) is mandatory on vehicles.
XFWD: 
  • The cost to enter the XFWD is $150
  • XFWD is open to Front Wheel Drive imports only! This class is set to run a Heads Up format.
  • This is a 1/4 mile Heads Up Class run on a .400 Pro Tree. A 7 second auto start will be in effect.
  • A lower engine containment device (diaper) is mandatory on vehicles.

Fan & Guest Information:

  • Coolers are permitted at most events. Maximum size: 12 inches. Check with racetrack staff with any questions.
  • Pets are permitted, but must be on a leash at all times and are not allowed in the grandstands (except service animals assisting those with disabilities).
  • Smoking in the grandstands is prohibited.
  • Customers are permitted to exit the facility, but must have a hand stamp, ticket stub and wristband in their possession in order to reenter the track.
  • Below are items that are prohibited this weekend:
    • Alcohol. ***
    • Glass bottles or containers.
    • Seatback-type cushions in grandstands.
    • Radio-controlled aerial devices (a.k.a. “drones”) of any type.
    • Other items in the judgment of management or security staff which pose a safety hazard or diminish the enjoyment of the event by other patrons.
  • ***Alcohol is available for purchase here at Maple Grove Raceway in our food stand. However, no alcohol is permitted in the staging lanes for any reason, at any time

    Weekend Schedule:

Friday, September 9th:
  • Gates Open 12PM
  • Test and Tune begins 2PM
  • Shutdown is 10PM
Saturday, September 10th:
  • Gates Open 8AM
  • Time runs begin 10AM
  • Racers meeting in the base of the Tower 1PM
  • First round of qualifying 2PM
Sunday, September 11th:
  • Gates Open 8AM
  • First time trial begins 9AM
  • First round of eliminations set for 10:30AM
    • Bracket 1 (10:30AM)
    • Quick 32, Index 11.50, 10.50 & 9.50 (11AM)
  • First round of eliminations set for 1PM
    • ATV (1PM)
    • Quick 8
