Racing Weekend Forecast

We are gearing up for another double header weekend here at The Grove. Saturday kicks off with our second Money Trail race as well as the first race in the Index Series. Then Sunday we are hosting our High School Challenge event, along with a Test N’ Tune.
Money Trail & Index Series 
Gates open at 8am with racing beginning at 9am. This week we will not be running a consolation race, however, those who are interested can join Pro Dial instead.
It is not too late to join the Index Series points fund. If you are not registered yet in the Index Series please go to the base of the NAPA Tower to fill out the paperwork and pay the required entry fees.

The points fund entry fees for participating in the Index Series are as follows: $50 for 10.0, 11.50, 12.50, Pro Dial and 8.50 will be $100. For rules and regulations regarding each index class, please click the link below.

High School Challenge & Test N’ Tune
Sunday is the perfect opportunity to race down the dragstrip regardless of age and experience! Gates open at 8am, time trials begin at 9:30am and the Test N’ Tune runs from 10am-4pm. The High School Challenge has three classes competing for trophies, which are the UTI class, the high school class and the alumni class. The entry fee for racers looking to enter the High School Challenge is just $25.
The winner of the high school class will go on to represent Team Maple Grove at the E.T. Bracket Finals at Lebanon Valley Dragway in West Lebanon, New York on September 15-17, 2016.
The Jr. Dragster class is running a cash only race for Sunday. Which means this is a non-points gaining race. Entry fee for Jr. Dragsters is $30.
Racers looking to enter the Test N’ Tune, entry fees are $25 to bring your race car in a trailer and $20 if you drive in your race car. Adult spectators can watch for $15, juniors ages 13-15 cost $10 and children 12 and under are free.
Time and license run opportunities are also available both Saturday and Sunday at the cost of $80.
