Saturday evening February 6th will mark the 53rd Awards Banquet Maple Grove Raceway has hosted. The evening’s highlights will be the 43 racers who will share in over $26,000.00 in cash and awards.
The new host hotel will also receive attention when guests and attendees are treated to a special evening in the new multi-million dollar Doubletree Hotel, by Hilton. The hotel recently opened to tremendous reviews and will serve as the center piece of downtown Reading’s revival.
The hotel features excellent accommodations for guests, over 18,000 square space of banquet and meeting space plus a private parking garage with over 900 spots with direct entry to the 5-star hotel.
The evening will honor the 2015 Sunoco Race Fuels Money ET Series champions Rick Terkowski (Super), Robert Smith (Pro), Paul Werner (Street) Cory Stuebner (Top Bike) and Matthew Witkowski (Junior Dragster).
Andy Anderson, PRO regular, will share the microphone with track announcer Roger Leister to present the top racers with their checks, awards as well as numerous special awards during the presentation.
The 2015 Money Trail ET Racing Series sponsors will also be honored for their continued support of the program. Sunoco Race Fuels, Gold Rush Trailers, Ciccrarone Racing Products, PC Richard and Son, Reading Motorsports, D&G Golf Cart Services and Universal Technical Institute.
The evening gets underway with a cocktail hour at 5P, followed by dinner at 6P and awards at 7P.

Entering its 54th consecutive season in 2016, Maple Grove Raceway once again will host a full season of championship racing events. The NHRA Keystone Nationals, part of the NHRA Mello Yello Series Countdown to the Championship will return for September 29th through October 2nd.
