Jason Leber has been named Operations Manager at Maple Grove Raceway.
Leber, 39, is a veteran track employee, having worked at MGR since 2003.
“I’m glad we were able to promote from within,” said MGR Vice President and General Manager Lex Dudas. “Jason has worked hard here for more than nine years and I am confident he will excel in this position.”
“I’m excited to be given the opportunity to be appointed the Operations Manager of the track,” Leber said. “I started working here in the tech inspection area from 2003 to 2005. I came back to work at the track in 2007, working in tech, then helping wherever I was needed. This is a great opportunity for me.”
Maple Grove Raceway’s 52nd season of drag racing will open on Saturday, April 12, with grudge racing and a Test ‘n’ Tune session. Maple Grove Raceway’s NHRA Mello Yello Drag Racing Series national event will take place on Oct. 2-5.
